Also the sand areas are an ideal entering area for all snorkeling adventures. You can easily assemble your snorkel equipment without standing or breaking any corals.
A marine park at your doorstep
The coral reef in front of Pearl Beach Resort is part of the Sekotong marine park. Pearl Beach Resort Gili Asahan is actively involved already since more than 10 years to protect and help restoring this magical marine habitat. Our hotel provides guidelines for you how to safely enjoy this unique coral reef. Thus creating wonderful memories for you and making at the same time sure, the corals will keep their beauty also for the future. We protect them for all our dear snorkelling guests and most important for the fish calling them their home.
Leaving nothing but footprints
By visiting Pearl Beach Resort you are helping us on our mission to protect the coral reefs of our area. Part of your stay income will be donated to marine park projects. We are working closely together with marine biologist from all over the world for coral transplantation projects. Also we have close colaborations with the local university and marine park initiative.
